Now Hiring: HR Employee Relations Partner (Luxembourg, Permanent Role)is supporting a global investment firm in its search for an HR Employee Relations Partner to join its Luxembourg office. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a trusted HR advisory role with international exposure across Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, and Saudi Arabia.You will serve as the primary Employee Relations contact in Luxembourg, working closely with HR colleagues across Europe and the US. This position offers strong visibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape HR practices in a collaborative, multinational environment.Your Day-to-DayProvide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of Employee Relations matters.Manage employee cases, working alongside leadership and legal teams (e.g., grievances, absence management, performance issues, sensitive conversations).Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as internal memos, meeting notes, and reports.Review and update internal HR policies, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with local legislation.Conduct exit interviews and produce regular analysis on workforce trends and improvements.Support HR-related training initiatives for managers and employees.Your ProfileDegree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, ideally in an international or regulated environment.Strong understanding of Luxembourg staff delegation requirements.Fluency in English; French is an advantage but not essential.Proven ability to handle highly confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to high standards.Flexibility to adapt to country-specific employment regulations.Why Apply?This is a career-advancing role for HR professionals who want to broaden their Employee Relations expertise in an international setting.
