Advising clients on the optimal course of action in terms of investment strategies while always keeping in mind their business objectives and strategy. This includes the fund set-up and fund structuring.
Introducing and managing legal processes for a client portfolio of Investment Vehicles (non-regulated, semi-regulated, and regulated).
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
Representing the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.

Profile and Career Path | Associate Funds – Legal – Law – Law Firm – AIF - Avocat

You possess at least 2 years of experience within the Investment Fund department of a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in a firm that is implanted internationally is a considerable asset.
You speak fluent English and French fluently and are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing to a diverse panel of stakeholders. Any additional language, especially German, is an advantage.
Your dynamic and uplifting spirit allows for collaborative work and problem-solving.
