Support the Head of MInDS in promoting innovation, visibility, and strategic alignment across ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products. Contribute to marketing, communication, and prototyping efforts that position MInDS as a leading data-driven innovation hub.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Communication
- Design and maintain visual assets (slides, leaflets, videos, websites) to promote MInDS initiatives.
- Develop internal campaigns, showcasing team capabilities and strategic goals.
- Create and manage content for MInDS' digital presence, including team pages and innovation showcases.
- Use tools like Figma to prototype user interfaces and visualise product concepts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in marketing, UX/UI, or product development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or Innovation Management.
- Prior experience in a startup or innovation-focused team.
