Join a dynamic team where you will work on impactful projects in the wealth and asset management industry, serving both traditional and alternative Fund Managers, Private Banks as well as Asset Servicers.Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives for clients.
  • Develop and manage a client book, fostering strong relationships with Fund Management and Asset Servicing clients.
  • Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand EY's presence in the Wealth & Asset Management sector.
  • Design and implement operational models that align with regulatory requirements and enhance client operations.
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks and create compliant solutions for profitable business growth.
  • Establish effective risk management frameworks and conduct regular assessments.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, Compliance, Risk Management, or operations within a Bank, Management Company/AIFM or Asset Servicing Firm.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of key regulatory topics (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID) and experience in the Wealth & Asset Management industry.
  • Understanding of operational processes for fund managers or asset servicers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Additional European language is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
