Intern Compliance & Ethics

• Assisting in the implementation of Cargolux Compliance Program.
• Conducting research and analysis to support the department’s activities.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with laws (competition, anti-bribery & anti-corruption, AML, data protection, etc.).
• Assisting in the review of compliance cases and inquiries.
• Supporting the department’s documentation of activities.
• Supporting the verification of paper files to ensure compliance with the organization’s Retention Policy.
• Assisting with the provision of the department’s trainings.

• Gain practical experience in compliance processes.
• Work closely with experienced professionals in the field.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of a compliance program.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
• Contribute to real-world projects and make a meaningful impact.

• Enrolled in a BTS or Bachelor's degree program in Laws, Public Affairs, or a related field.
• Mandatory internship participation as per university program requirements with bilateral agreement.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of compliance and/or data protection processes is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional languages considered a bonus.
