Legal Counsel

Main duties:

Draft/review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on transportation agreements, IT agreements, services agreements, maintenance agreements and marketing agreements
Provide legal advice and recommendations on a large variety of legal topics (e.g. transport law, commercial law, consumer law, IT/IP law, Insurance law, labour law, data protection law)
Manage disputes and claims with third parties
Manage the relationships with law firms
Monitor, manage and draft template agreements and group policies
Develop and provide legal and compliance training to the business
Assist, coordinate and give advice in various projects
Administration and contract management
Occasionally give support to other team members

Required profile:Minimum required criteria:

Master's degree in law ideally with specialization in transport/tourism or insurance
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, gained as a lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel
Experience in transport/tourism and insurance law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English as well as skills in German (spoken and written)
Business minded and problem solver
Able to communicate at any level of the company and to explain complex legal issues in a comprehensible language
Flexible, stress resistant and have a positive attitude
Team player and have the capacity to work autonomously
Well organized and result-oriented
