
Engineer IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

- Develop and maintain plans: design, implement, update IT BC&DRP to ensure their effectivity and alignment with business industry best practices
- Risk assessment: conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to IT systems and infrastructure
- Testing and drills: plan and execute regular testing and drills to ensure readiness and effectiveness
- Incident Response: coordinate and manage the response to IT incidents and disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of all IT business continuity and disaster recovery processes, plans, and activitie
- Collaboration: work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
- Compliance: ensure all plans and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
- Continuous Improvement: stay updated with the latest regulations, trends and technologies in business continuity and disaster recovery, and continuously improve plans and processes
- Technical diploma with focus in IT. A bachelor degree in computer science (or any other relevant field) would be an asset.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT with focus on BCP/DR.
- Strong skills in IT network technologies, cloud technologies and resilience.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Understanding of network architecture and services.
- Familiar with application monitoring concepts.
- Willing to attend regular trainings and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
- Good problem solving skills, analytical approach and research-oriented.

- Permanent, full-time contract based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
