Task Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain plans: design, implement, update IT BC&DRP to ensure their effectivity and alignment with business industry best practices
  • Risk assessment: conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to IT systems and infrastructure
  • Testing and drills: plan and execute regular testing and drills to ensure readiness and effectiveness
  • Incident Response: coordinate and manage the response to IT incidents and disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of all IT business continuity and disaster recovery processes, plans, and activitie
  • Collaboration: work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
  • Compliance: ensure all plans and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
  • Continuous Improvement: stay updated with the latest regulations, trends and technologies in business continuity and disaster recovery, and continuously improve plans and processes
Essential Requirements For The Position:
  • Technical diploma with focus in IT. A bachelor degree in computer science (or any other relevant field) would be an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT with focus on BCP/DR.
  • Strong skills in IT network technologies, cloud technologies and resilience.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Understanding of network architecture and services.
  • Familiar with application monitoring concepts.
  • Willing to attend regular trainings and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
  • Good problem solving skills, analytical approach and research-oriented.

  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and a customer-cantered mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-pacing environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent, full-time contract based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
  • Flexible working hours and a work from home policy.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection.
