Job DescriptionManpower Luxembourg’s recruitment firm is seeking, on behalf of one of its clients, an innovative industrial company, a Robotics Engineer (M/W/X)(permanent contract).As a Robotics Engineer, you will be involved in the development, optimization, and automation of robotic manufacturing processes within an innovative industrial environment.Your responsibilities:
  • Program and optimize industrial robots
  • Calibrate and improve robotic trajectories and process parameters
  • Structure and document rules and methods for robot operation
  • Support the automation of trajectory program generation
  • Collaborate with technical teams in a demanding project environment
Your profile:
  • Master’s degree in robotics or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience or strong interest in robotic programming and trajectory management
  • Experience with industrial robots (e.g., ABB) is an asset
  • Hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and ability to solve technical issues
  • Ability to work in a team and manage project-related pressure
  • Organized, methodical, and good communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; French or German is an advantage
