Job DescriptionOur multidisciplinary GRIC team of professionals advises clients across the Financial Sector on how to navigate regulatory, corporate governance and compliance challenges. We work closely with key function holders - such as managing / governing bodies, executive management and head of internal control functions - in understanding the evolving regulatory landscape and identifying legal and regulatory developments that impact their business.As regulatory demands increase in complexity, the GRIC team plays a pivotal role in enabling financial institutions to operate with integrity, adapt to change, and build stakeholders' trust. Forvis Mazars Advisory Services is seeking talented individuals to join a dynamic team committed to becoming the emerging Consulting & Advisory firm in Luxembourg.Your role:As a Junior Consultant, you will:
  • Support the delivery of advisory services to a variety of financial institutions (e.g. investment fund managers, electronic payment institutions, banks, investment firms, insurance companies and other professionals of the financial sector) on operational best practices and regulatory compliance in Luxembourg;
  • Assist clients with regulatory support across a broad range of topics (e.g. Governance, Compliance, MiFID, ESG, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, AML/CTF), in the context of regulatory PMO initiatives and regulatory remediations (e.g. gap and benchmark analysis, due diligences, licensing and notification filings to Luxembourg authorities);
  • Contribute to process reengineering and operational restructuring projects aimed at enhancing compliance frameworks and internal governance structures;
  • Develop presentations and marketing materials on Luxembourg and European regulatory topics to support business development and thought leadership;
  • Assist client management throughout the lifecycle of our assignments, from planning and diagnostic phases to implementation and regulatory engagement;
  • Collaborate with clients' management to identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative service offerings;
  • Engage in ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments and market trends to help shape our service offering and provide strategic insights to clients.

Your profile
  • Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution;
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear reports and deliver effective presentations;
  • Fluency in English and French is required, proficiency in other languages is considered an asset, especially German.
