  • You will be responsible for managing the team’s deadlines and ensuring that all tax returns are prepared in line with the firm’s quality standards.
  • Our partner is looking for a candidate who can operate independently and contribute to both tax compliance and advisory services.
  • You will be expected to proactively liaise with clients, ensuring their requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • As a team leader, you will support and mentor junior staff, answering their questions and providing relevant training to help them grow professionally.
  • Given your responsibilities, you should stay up to date with the latest tax legislation to ensure that all returns are fully compliant and that the advice provided is both current and accurate.
Profile and Career Path | Tax – Accountancy – Reporting – PFS - Fund
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the Tax department in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four firm is required.
  • Is important for this role to have solid experience in both tax advisory and tax compliance.
  • Proven knowledge of both direct and indirect taxation is required for this role.
  • A good understanding of FATCA/CRS regulations is considered a strong asset.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory to be considered for the position.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to take initiative, and capable of leading new projects within the department.
