Working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and end users, you will shape the future of Dennemeyer’s AI landscape —delivering solutions that optimize productivity, automate workflows, and enable smarter decision-making.Your Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the evolving needs of Dennemeyer’s business units
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into clear product specifications and actionable user stories
  • Work closely with engineers and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions on time and to spec
  • Develop and support rollout, onboarding, and training strategies to ensure high adoption rates and positive user experiences
  • Serve as the link between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery of business value
  • Develop clear documentation, internal presentations, and knowledge-sharing resources to promote AI tool awareness and best practices
  • Collect feedback, monitor usage analytics, and iterate on solutions to maximize value
  • Anticipate future requirements by monitoring organizational priorities and industry trends in internal AI adoption
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Intellectual Property, or a related field
  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on AI/ML-based solutions, data analytics, or workflow automation
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling internal solutions that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical and user-centric mindset, passionate about solving operational challenges and improving employee experience
  • Familiarity with legal tech, IP management, or professional services workflows is a plus
  • Product Management and Agile certifications are an advantage
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus
