- assist the team in the daily management of its matters,
- conduct legal research,
- draft legal consultations, contracts and other legal documents, whether in English or French,
- liaise with local authorities or service providers, and
- contribute to the preparation of internal and external presentations as well as to know-how internal projects.
- Master’s degree in law (first state exam in Germany, Master 2 from Belgium, Luxembourg or France) and ideally completed by a post-graduate degree in business law, business administration or finance (Ecole de commerce, LLM, MBA or similar),
- Fluency in English and French with German being an asset,
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-growing team,
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
