- Work on our CRM (Client Relationship Management tool) data including Sales & Pipeline data quality aspects and participating in regular trainings we deliver to end users
- Prepare reports/dashboards on a regular basis
- Support our teams on the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy across service lines (assurance, tax, consulting and strategy & transactions)
- Set up, prepare, execute and document internal meetings for Sector or Account teams
- Help develop, drive and execute various wider business development initiatives
- Facilitate the organization of cross-country/region meetings and events (physical and virtual)
- Develop knowledge of EY Industries, Services, Accounts and BD methodologies
- Provide help in creating, updating or documenting Key Account plans, actions, current pipeline, client relationship management plans and client experience interviews
- Promote effective use of EY pipeline and contact management tools
- Together with the Key Account Leaders, prepare internal accounts meetings
- Manage account data within EY internal systems to drive accurate performance reporting
- Assist in external communication and events by sharing our brand and promoting our expertise
- Help in promoting thought leadership and external content
- Provide ad-hoc support on events and special projects
- Help in drafting content such as market industry articles, brochures, one-pagers
- Analyze internal and external databases to monitor EY clients and detect new leads
- Bring valuable insights to the Sector and AIBD teams by doing market scans for clients and leads on news, media and across publications, while also utilizing EY's internal resources
- Perform in-depth data analyses to create reports and dashboards using Excel or PowerBI tools to transform data into actionable insights

- Qualifications: You have graduated with a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields and are looking for a great opportunity to further your career
- Experience and knowledge of the Luxembourg market will be an advantage
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written English and French - the knowledge of other languages such as Luxembourgish or German will be considered as a strong asset
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are a good communicator and are skilled at building strong networks with internal stakeholders who range in tenure, from job entrants to senior partners
- Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required
- You have a strong interest in data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
