We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant with strong capabilities in market studies, PMO delivery, and Business Process Management, and who is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve quality, and enhance client deliverables.You will work in project teams, often in complex environments, interacting with multiple senior client stakeholders and contributing to high-impact transformations across functions and industries.Your key responsibilitiesBusiness Transformation & Delivery

Conduct market and competitive analysis to support client recommendations
Structure insights into clear narratives and business cases
Support operating model and transformation initiatives (diagnostics, target state, roadmaps)
Design and support workshops and stakeholder interviews

PMO & Transformation Programs

Set up and run PMO frameworks (governance, cadence, reporting)
Manage plans, RAID, dependencies, dashboards, and executive reporting
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery

BPM & Process Excellence

Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify root causes
Support process redesign, standardization, KPIs, and continuous improvement

Consulting Practice Contribution

Produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables
Support proposals, scoping, and project planning
Contribute to knowledge sharing and reusable assets

Digital & AI (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience in using generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) for research, synthesis, analysis, and presentations
Critical review of AI outputs, source validation, and confidentiality
Interest in using AI to improve PMO efficiency and process analysis

Skills & attributes for success

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting, transformation, PMO, or process improvement
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
BPM / process modeling exposure (BPMN is an asset)
Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills
Client-ready mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
