CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE FUND ADMINISTRATIONThe incumbent is responsible as direct and main contact for the timely and accurate delivery of Client support for all fund administration requests and project execution.Responsibilities:
  • Main contact for fee related requests of clients representative FA for onshore and offshore funds in Luxembourg.
  • Ensure a high quality of service delivery by monitoring via the Fee Management Application
  • Monitoring Fee setup in Fund accounting system vs Fee Management Application
  • Responsible for the oversight review on FA Malaysia on the invoice payment process.
  • Direct and main contact for fund administration fee requests of dedicated clients
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all fund administration related Client requests.
  • Accountable for ongoing satisfaction of clients by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
  • Support the establishment of an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the Client deliverables.
  • Ensure that all Client information are documented and archived and updated on a regular basis (prospectus, fee agreements…)
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients.
  • Stay current with external environment that governs and influences the business.
  • Support to Purple layer as per SLA
  • Audit Coordination for FA related topics
Experience:
  • Post secondary education with an accounting/finance or business concentration or equivalent experience.
  • 06-10 years financial services industry experience in an operations environment.
  • Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, management, colleagues and staff.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good innovation and change management orientation.
  • Good business acumen and profit orientation.
  • Risk management and mitigation focus.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Track record of developing and implementing innovation and change.
  • Language: fluent in English & French. German or Italian is an advantage.
