Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing all corporate law matters, including company governance, legal structuring, and corporate lifecycle management.
  • Preparing the corporate documentation of the company.
  • Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to our entities are followed.
  • Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business.
  • Leading the review, negotiation, and validation of commercial and partnership contracts.
  • Working closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure GDPR compliance and foster a culture of data protection and governance across the organization.
  • Advising the Executive Committee on all key legal and strategic matters, contributing to decision-making at the highest level
  • Monitoring litigation and insurance issues, coordinating with external counsel if required.
This offer is for you if:
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a similar role, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting or overseeing Data Protection functions, with a solid understanding of GDPR principles and their application in a business context.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks, with prior involvement in advising Board and Executive Committee processes
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, with direct access to executive leadership.
  • Strategic mindset, sound legal judgment, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
