- Proven experience in records, information, or document management within a ministerial or public sector environment
- Proficiency in using document management systems for identification, classification, registration, filing, retention, and preservation of both physical and electronic documents
- Sound knowledge of standard archiving practices and international norms, particularly ISO 15489
- Ability to provide helpdesk support and user assistance to ensure the effective implementation and use of records management systems and policies
- Education: Master’s degree in Archives, Information Management, or Document Management
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an operational role within archives and/or records management (including relevant internships or apprenticeships)
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
- Expertise in SharePoint, M365, and document management systems
- Excellent knowledge of archiving practices and standards (ISO 15489)
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and professional integrity
- Service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, accurate, and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong team spirit in a multicultural environment
