  • You will be responsible for the corporate governance of a portfolio mainly composed of Holdings and SPVs.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, or minutes will be part of your daily tasks.
  • You will be asked to organize board meetings.
  • You will liaise with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries.
  • You will oversee the incorporation and liquidation processes.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Legal – AIFM – ManCo - CoSec
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment such as a PFS, fiduciary, or AIFM in Luxembourg.
  • To ensure effective communication with colleagues and third parties, fluency in English is essential.
  • To understand the portfolio you will be working on, familiarity with Holdings and SPVs is required.
  • To align with the company’s culture, a stable career path is important, demonstrating that you are looking for a long-term partnership.
