Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a lawyer in corporate, M&A and/or finance
  • Curiosity about legal developments in a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Highest working standards and good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and work within deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
  • Human qualities — open-minded and dynamic team player
Qualifications:
  • Qualified lawyer (admitted to List I or List IV as a foreign lawyer)
  • Relevant legal academic background
  • Fluent in both English and German or both English and French
  • Any additional language or experience will be an asset
