Role Description:Ziffer is opening an urgent vacancy for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Luxembourg office.This role is designed for a senior professional who combines strong technical understanding (corporate structuring, tax, compliance, audit) with excellent client management and cross-functional coordination skills.The successful candidate will take over an active corporate client portfolio and is expected to grow into the Head of Client Relations role within 6–12 months.Target start date - no later than 15 March, 2026.Place of work - Luxembourg (Head Office)Rare travel.About the Role:This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of corporate client relationships in Luxembourg, including:
  • Client onboarding & AML/KYC coordination
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
  • Cross-functional coordination between legal, accounting and administration
  • Oversight of compliance-related processes
  • Invoicing review and payment follow-up
  • Operational escalation and service quality control
The role functions as a central operational hub between clients, internal teams, external advisors, and authorities - ensuring clarity, efficiency, and commercial accountability.Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a professional with:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax/legal consulting firm, Big 4, or similar professional services environment
  • Hands-on experience in corporate structuring, tax advisory, audit, or compliance
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory and operational framework
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios independently
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and client-service orientation
  • Based in Luxembourg with EU citizenship or Luxembourg work authorization
  • Fluent in English
