The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to constantly improve and optimize the processes. You will join the Architecture & Deployment team, which maintains, develops and implements OpenText solutions.Job Description:Meet weekly with team members for project updates and review areas off trackSchedule cadence for communication with clients on updates and project status.Communicate project information through presentations or technical reportsAssist clients with the design and build of each Document Management Solution.Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systemsDocument design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related informationDefine and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of DMS migrations.Provide Go Live training as needed to assist with overall project implementation.Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints.ProfileYour Qualifications:You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiencesAt least 10 years of IT relevant professional experienceITIL or Prince2 certification will be appreciatedExperience in a content management or document management environmentbusiness analysis part with end users (priority)OpenText Content Server knowledge with the IT team (advantage)record management principles with the Archives team (priority)Excellent knowledge of English.
