Job Description:Be at the center of the dynamic and fast paced EMEA outsourcing regulatory environment and JPMorgan's third party risk management. The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team is responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and ongoing reporting of the firmwide programs that ensures the effective use of third parties and inter-affiliates to accomplish JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals.As a Corporate Third Party Oversight Outsourcing Program Manager, you will be building awareness of the programs at the firm and ensuring consistency globally across both the LOB's and corporate groups. Your role will also include understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements and reporting to regulators on the program and status. The major focus of the program is to ensure our third parties are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information. This position offers an unique opportunity to work across the EMEA region, interacting with a multitude of stakeholder groups, and support a broad set of impactful outsourcing initiatives.Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong working relationships with executive sponsors, location/business stakeholders, control partners, and subject matter experts across the EMEA region
  • Scope and manage the team's portfolio and ensure alignment with the organization's overarching strategy and the team's objectives
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency within the program and drive changes and process improvements through influencing stakeholders
  • Manage all of the EMEA CTPO book of work and monitor project/program details and report status using standard formats, ensuring timelines are met and communicated to key stakeholders and the overall team
  • Define problems/needs and solutions ensuring proper communication is conveyed to key decision makers and impacted stakeholders
  • Engage and interact with relevant executive and project stakeholders during requirements gathering sessions, feedback sessions, focus groups, and user groups
  • Works closely with CTPO and Location Governance, Risk and Design, Technology teams to review and prioritize enhancement requests
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Outsourcing, Third Party Risk Management, Oversight & Control or Supplier Management
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, program governance, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent Project Management skills, with the ability to create and manage a project plan with clear and concise deliverables
  • Strong communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management, including the ability to describe complex business requirements into clear and concise language
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder groups and competing requirements
  • Proven influencer able to effect region-wide change
  • Ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations. Given a strong fact base, candidate should be able to defend point of view in the face of resistance
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
