Based in Luxembourg, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with both local and international legal and business teams on a wide range of commercial, compliance, and regulatory topics.This is a strategic legal position with strong exposure to the business and regular collaboration with senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities :
- Advise on commercial contracts (including negotiation and review)
- Provide legal guidance on competition, distribution, and antitrust matters
- Support on marketing, advertising, warranties, product and social media compliance
- Monitor and advise on regulatory and sustainability frameworks
- Manage and resolve disputes and litigation
- Contribute to M&A and other strategic legal projects
- Support compliance initiatives: audits, training, investigations
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders across Europe, the US, and Asia
- Qualified lawyer in Germany (fully qualified, “Volljurist”)
- Strong academic background; LL.M. from the UK or US is a plus
- 6 to 12 years of experience in a reputable law firm or international company, ideally with exposure to US-listed businesses
- Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of ethics, integrity, and sense of responsibility
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (15–20%) across Europe and internationally
- A broad and varied legal role with international scope
