You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable dataflows, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and AI capabilities.Key AccountabilitiesData Solution Design & Development

Design end-to-end data solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards.
Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Microsoft Data Platform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric, Spark, pipeline, Python, Power BI, …)
Ensure integration with reporting tools such as Power BI
And development of Cognos reports and extractions

Innovation & AI Development

Propose and develop innovative data and AI solutions to enhance business value
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics

Business Engagement & Requirement Gathering

Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyse data requirements
Translate functional needs into technical specifications and actionable data products

Project Delivery & Execution

Lead and contribute to data-related projects from conception to deployment
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with group-level standards

Operational Monitoring & Issue Resolution

Monitor day-to-day data operations and proactively resolve data issues
Implement controls for data quality, lineage, and metadata management using Collibra

Governance & Compliance

Ensure all solutions comply with security, privacy, and development standards
Maintain documentation and traceability of dataflows and transformations

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, data governance, and business units
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Knowledge and Experience

Experience required : more than 3 years in a similar role
Education level : Master in Data analytics & Management , Master in Data Science
Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
Familiarity with Collibra for metadata, lineage, and data governance
Solid understanding of data architecture, security standards, and development best practices
Experience in AI/ML solution development is a strong plus
