Manpower is looking for a Depositary Officer for one of its clients specialized in financial services and located in Luxembourg.This position is part of a dynamic and international environment within the fund industry, offering the opportunity to work on oversight and monitoring activities in compliance with regulatory requirements related to alternative investment funds (AIFs).Your missions :Perform ongoing oversight and monitoring duties in accordance with CSSF requirements and AIFMD regulationsConduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of fund service providers, including fund administrators and investment managersEnsure proper ownership verification and perform asset reconciliation controlsMonitor daily cash flows and ensure accuracy and complianceReview valuation processes, investment restrictions, and NAV calculationsMonitor transaction settlements, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributionsAssist in the preparation and issuance of quarterly KPI reportsSupport year-end portfolio asset position reporting processesEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD and CSSF circularsContribute to updating internal procedures in line with regulatory developmentsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processesYour profile:University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related fieldMinimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a depositary role within the Luxembourg fund industryGood knowledge of AIFMD regulations and depositary oversight responsibilitiesExperience working with alternative investment funds (AIF), ideally Private Equity or Real Estate fundsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood command of MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to work independently and in a structured mannerProfessional working proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset Interested in this opportunity?
