As part of a highly regarded international law firm established in Luxembourg, you will join a dynamic Dispute Resolution practice handling sophisticated and high-stakes matters.Your Missions :Managing commercial and corporate litigation casesAdvising on disputes involving investment funds and financial institutionsHandling enforcement actions and litigation connected to restructuring scenariosAssisting in cross-border disputes in close coordination with colleagues from other jurisdictionsDrafting procedural submissions, legal opinions, and strategic memorandaRepresenting clients before Luxembourg courtsYou will collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on strategic files, benefiting from direct exposure to both clients and courtroom practice.
