  • Oversee a client portfolio made up of financial entities (SOPARFI, Holdings, PE/RE), ensuring timely preparation and review of financial statements, VAT/tax returns, and regulatory reports (BCL, CSSF).
  • Lead and supervise a team of accountants, creating a positive and solution-oriented work atmosphere. You will coordinate workflows, guide juniors, and contribute to everyone's professional development.
  • Maintain close contact with your clients, anticipate their needs, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. You may also take part in business development initiatives.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Financial Services – Luxembourg
  • You bring at least 6 years of experience in a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment in Luxembourg.
  • You've had exposure to team supervision, whether in a formal supervisorial role or by mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Your past work with PE/RE structures or SOPARFI/Holdings is a valuable asset.
  • You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus but not required.
  • You are proactive, communicative, and know how to adapt your approach to different team dynamics.
