Clerk Warehouse Control

• Coordinate the cargo build up/preparation and optimize the space utilization with the handling agent
• Coordinate operations with other departments within Luxembourg Hub
• Supervise the cargo flow through Luxembourg Hub
• Instruct and share processes with the handling agent
• Assist and escort customers when required
• Keep all the parties informed about the status/condition of their freight
• Maintain records of activities
• Contribute to team effort

• General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
• Be fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
• Have good knowledge of standard IT products, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work on shifts in a team or alone
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
• Ability to perform error free in stress situations and without direct supervision

• Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
• Temporary position for 12 months
• Position based in Luxembourg
• Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
