Accounting Manager – Evolution up to Partner, Human Sized TeamIt is a pleasure to introduce you to a new opportunity within a fiduciary located in Strassen. Our client is currently seeking a Manager to strengthen its accounting team, which is composed of approximately five people. The role involves managing the team by acting as a true guide for its members while maintaining strong relationships with clients.The fiduciary provides a wide range of services, including accounting, corporate services, tax, domiciliation, and advisory. Its client portfolio is highly diversified and includes funds, SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a team known for its strong communication skills and willingness to share knowledge. In addition, extra holidays and homeworking days further support personal time and well-being.Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – Finance – Management – Fiduciary
  • You will act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and quality of service.
  • You will supervise and support members of your team, including those working remotely, fostering clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • You will be responsible for the accounting management of a portfolio of entities such as SPVs, holding companies, SOPARFIs, Private Equity and Real Estate structures, and will review entries prepared by the team.
  • You will oversee the full preparation of annual accounts, from trial balance to final closing.
  • You will prepare and validate corporate tax and VAT returns, in collaboration with Tax specialists for complex matters.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures and the optimization of working methods.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Finance – Management – Fiduciary
  • You possess a strong knowledge of SPV structures and investment funds.
  • You have at least six years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, gained within a PFS, fiduciary firm, or Big Four environment.
  • You are fluent in English as well as French or German.
  • You have prior experience supervising a team and are able to combine organization, leadership, and operational efficiency.
