We are currently looking for the following position, based at our headquarters in Luxembourg:Invoice control & Invoicing OfficerPrinciple Accountabilities:MISSIONS:

Invoice control & reconciliation (suppliers)

Verify and reconcile supplier invoices against transport orders, agreed tariffs, and supporting documentation; identify discrepancies and manage claims with suppliers (transport providers, handling agents, ferry operators, etc.) * Customer invoicing & compliancePrepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual rates and agreed conditions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents (CMR, cost breakdowns, Excel files, etc.) * Discrepancy management & adjustmentsAnalyze pricing or billing discrepancies (supplier or customer side), investigate root causes, and process necessary corrections, including credit notes where applicable * Customer & supplier follow-upAct as a point of contact for invoicing queries, ensure timely responses, and maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers to support invoice validation and resolution of issuesPROFILE & SKILLS:

Language skills

Professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset * Excel & digital toolsGood command of Excel (data handling, basic formulas, reconciliation); comfortable using business systems and digital tools, including AI-assisted solutions * Mindset & way of workingLogical, solution-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently * Communication & attitudeFriendly, approachable, and responsive, with a strong focus on maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers * Motivation & reliabilityProactive and committed, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWe offer:
