- Executing clerical work of a responsible nature such as maintaining a filing system, registering and distributing incoming correspondences, proofreading ;
- Assembling, reproducing and distribution documents ;
- Receiving visitors and answering telephone calls ;
- Preparing correspondence, periodical reports and statistics as required ;
- Performing other profile-related tasks as required ;
- Assisting the Buyers and Contracting Officers in preparing material services and maintenance contracts to provide contractual coverage for the support of customers ;
- Reviewing contractor invoices for compliance with requirements ;
- Assisting in evaluating bids ;
- Maintaining records of contracts administration and maintaining contract files.
- Complete secondary school or equivalent education ;
- Ability to operate standard office computer equipment and software ;
- Strong knowledge of PC based Microsoft Office software ;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills ;
- French and English speaker (level C1) ;
- Experience of less than 3 years is required ;
- If you have a Clearance, it'll be considered as an advantage.
