- Generates revenue from building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with clients
- Owns the Service Level Agreements with clients
- Formulate solutions that meet client expectations
- Retain assigned accounts
- Identify cross-selling business or additional sales opportunities up-sell VISTRA´s services
- Support the coordination of client relationship management for multijurisdictional client accounts with other VISTRA offices
- Understands competitor activities and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with assigned accounts
- Provides day-to-day client advice and support and act as escalation point
- Close coordination with Sector heads (DCS) to relay client feedback, track deliverables.
- Liaises with other functions (Operations, other Vistra offices, internal and local service providers) to deliver services to assigned accounts
- Take-up directorship/mandates in client companies where required - ensure that these companies are compliant with all requirements under Luxembourg Law
- Contribute to projects with a direct impact on clients or sectors covered
- Monitor client satisfaction on a regular basis
- Prior experience of client management, including strategic relationships and with C-suite interaction
- Broad knowledge of financial markets and industry, or a restless curiosity to deepen understanding
- University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or a proven track-record in the key accounts area
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with a professional services firm
