- Responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory and organizational obligations.
- Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the local compliance framework in accordance with CSSF requirements and group policies.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's business activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the CSSF and other relevant regulators regarding compliance-related matters.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to staff on applicable laws, regulations, and policies (e.g. AML/CFT, GDPR, conduct rules).
- Perform regular monitoring, testing, and internal audits to assess the company's adherence to regulatory standards.
- Support the Daily Authorized Managers and the Board in fulfilling their regulatory responsibilities.
- Investigate and report potential compliance breaches and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Proven experience in a compliance role within a regulated financial or corporate services provider in Luxembourg.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PSF as compliance officer.
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, including CSSF requirements and AML/CFT legislation.
- Previous experience in liaising with the CSSF is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and act with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English is required; French or German is considered an asset.
- Relevant certifications in compliance, risk, or AML are an advantage.
