Job DescriptionT24 APPLICATION SUPPORT TRAINEEKickstart your career in IT Application Support!Are you ready to begin your journey at an unconventional digital bank in the heart of Luxembourg? This is your chance!As a T24 Application Support Trainee, you will be helping our team with daily tasks related to our core banking system, T24, and the Temenos Payments Hub (TPH). You’ll also assist the Automation & Integration team and have the opportunity to contribute to projects that improve how TPH is used and managed.This opportunity is a full-time internship for up to 6 months. A student visa or authorisation to work in Luxembourg is required.   • T24 & TPH Support – Assist with daily incident handling and service requests related to the T24 core banking system and Temenos Payments Hub.
  • Hands-On Learning – Shadow experienced team members and support daily tasks related to payment operations.
  • Process Documentation – Help maintain and update internal documentation and support materials.
  • Operational Monitoring – Contribute to monitoring Close of Business (COB) batch jobs and related processes.
  • Project Involvement – Support the Application Support team in ongoing initiatives and improvement projects.
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
  • Fresh grad, student or degree in hand? You either are enrolled or recently graduated with a master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information technology engineering, or a similar field.
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable – You have a good command of SQL and you learn new programs quickly.
  • Confidential & responsible – You are capable of handling sensitive and confidential issues with care.
  • Interest in DevOps – You have some knowledge of or are eager to learn about DevOps Model.
  • Open-minded – You’re curious, adaptable and culturally aware.
  • Language lover – Fluent in English? Perfect, it’s our corporate language! If you also speak French, German, or any other languages, that’s a bonus.
