Advise clients on the structuring, fund formation and management of Alternative Investment Funds under Luxembourg law.
Draft, review and negotiate legal and fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda and service agreements.
Ensure compliance with CSSF requirements, European directives and cross-border distribution matters.
Manage fund registrations, approvals and communications with local and European regulators.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions on cross-border fund projects.
Contribute to the team’s growth by supporting business development initiatives and publications.

Profile and Career Path | Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm

Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer in investment funds law within a Luxembourg law firm.
Strong knowledge of Alternative investment Funds is an absolute prerequisite.
Fluency in French and English is required. German is a strong asset.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
Proactive, organized and motivated, with a strong sense of teamwork.
