- Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage major strategic partnerships involving multiple University entities
- Support the development of large-scale partnerships, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic priorities and external engagement objectives
- Monitor partnership performance and contribute to strategic reporting and decision-making at institutional level
- Provide expert support to staff involved in public-public and public-private partnerships, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance
- Act as the institutional reference point for the University-wide CRM system, ensuring governance, coherence, and long-term sustainability
- Lead the implementation, adoption, and standardisation of CRM practices across faculties and central entities
- Define and oversee CRM-related processes, standards, and reporting in alignment with institutional objectives and governance frameworks
- Establish, structure, and lead the PA Operations Office to ensure high-quality administrative and operational support across the department
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented working environment
- Set priorities, define objectives, and ensure alignment with departmental and University-wide strategies
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate coordination, progress monitoring, and transparent communication
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation of best practices, process optimisation, and compliance with institutional policies
- Oversee departmental dashboards, reporting tools, documentation, and archiving processes
- Manage budgets and allocate resources in line with operational needs and strategic priorities
- Represent the department in relevant internal and external committees, working groups, and meetings
- Lead or contribute to specific operational or cross-cutting strategic projects as required
- Master's degree in innovation, management, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in team leadership and CRM management; or a PhD with demonstrated experience in developing and managing major partnerships between public research institutions and external stakeholders
- Proven experience leading teams or managing large, complex, multi stakeholder projects
- Proven experience in business development of research and innovation programs
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to structure adaptable monthly, quarterly, and annual activity plans
- Results oriented, service focused, and comfortable operating within complex institutional environments
- Autonomous, reliable, and transparent in communication and decision making
- Strong analytical, listening, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Luxembourg's socio economic environment is an asset
- Committed, collaborative, and adaptable
- Fluency in English required; French and Luxembourgish are strong advantages
