As an ALM Analyst your responsibilities are:

Strategic ALM development planning.
Risk Management.
Liquidity Management.
Monitor liquidity, interest rate, and market risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ALM strategies with business goals.
Produce regular reports for senior management on ALM performance and the Risk department.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support the integration of ALM tools and systems for improved efficiency.

A Master degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in overall risk management.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Database,...
Strong knowledge of asset and liability management principles.
Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis tools.
An understanding of regulatory frameworks in the banking industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication abilities to present complex data clearly.
Fluent in English.
