Job DescriptionGreenfield has been exclusively mandated by a leading operational service provider in Luxembourg for the search for an HR Manager. This strategic role is pivotal to the ongoing transformation and performance of the company's people function. As HR Manager, you will define and execute key HR policies, act as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team, and collaborate closely with HR leadership at a European level. You will manage a team of 7 HR professionals and oversee a wide HR scope, including recruitment, talent retention, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Reporting directly to the local Managing Director and functionally to the regional HR Director, this role requires autonomy, resilience, and strong operational acumen to thrive in a fast-paced, people-intensive environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and implement strategic HR initiatives, policies, and programs that support business objectives and deliver measurable results through regular KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Drive and support organizational transformation by aligning HR strategy with evolving business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, enhancing leadership effectiveness and contributing to decision-making at a strategic level.
  • Collaborate across departments and with international stakeholders to provide local HR expertise and lead the design and implementation of global HR practices, including training, recruitment, workforce planning, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Promote and lead HR practices that foster a high-performance culture grounded in teamwork, openness, quality, and continuous development.
  • Operate as a strategic business partner by recommending and promoting HR initiatives that create value and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local labor regulations and are applied consistently across the organization.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with the Staff Delegation and contribute to formal and informal social dialogue, including KPI reporting and regular updates.
  • Provide guidance and support in activities involving regional works councils and employee representation bodies.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key external HR partners, including benefits providers, recruitment firms, training institutions, and legal advisors.
  • Champion and embody the company's core values.
Profile Requirements
Technical Competencies
  • Proven and extensive experience in Human Resources management, ideally within complex or operational environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated success in leading diverse HR teams.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory; advanced English proficiency is also required for cross-border collaboration.
  • Technologically proficient and adaptable, with experience using tools such as Google Workspace, (GESPER), and Microsoft Office.
