- Conduct the investor On-Boarding review in compliance with relevant local AML/KYC regulation;
- Follow up with the investor and/or the client on any outstanding document;
- Performance of the ongoing monitoring tasks related to investors;
- Prepare and respond to investor queries and requests;
- Assist the team in setting up and maintaining internal reporting and KPI’s;
- Lead onboarding projects and develop a strong client relationship;
- Maintaining the expectations of fund participants, observing deadlines, understanding and applying the rules and representations of the fund and ensure that they are adhered to.
- You hold a bachelor’s or a master degree in Finance, Business, Law & understand local KYC/AML framework and applicable knowledge of recent legislative developments (e.g. AMLD5&6, DAC6 etc.), You have 3-4 years relevant experience in similar position;
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage;
- You have project management and leadership skills;
- You are pro-active with a positive approach and result driven;
- You can apply logic reasoning to various situations;
- You are flexible and dynamic in your approach to work;
- You are confident and competent in a high-pressure scenario;
- You are proficient with Microsoft office applications;
- We are looking for an AML investor onboarding officer to work with a top tier financial services provider. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with a good knowledge of the funds industry looking to develop their skills further. The position is very much client facing and will involve client meetings. Additionally, the position will involve a high level of interaction with all functional areas within the fund administration company
