If you are motivated by purpose and inspired by collaboration, you will find an environment where your growth is nurtured and your contributions truly matter.Position overviewWe are seeking for an experienced finance and data professionalto join our Finance Team as aFinancial & MIS Analyst (m/f/d) - LuxembourgBy joining this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the preparation of IFRS financial accounts, reporting, analysis and financial planning, which acts as a strategic resource for the front office in meeting their objectives, and provides management with data-driven analysis to support informed decision-making.Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare the monthly/annual financial accounts submitted to the Bank’s headquarters.
  • Prepare the reports and/or presentations submitted to the Management and Board Committees.
  • Prepare and maintain the MIS financial reports.
  • Actively contribute in budget formulation and monitor adherence across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
RequirementsYou will be a great candidate if you:
  • Have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization, preferably in banking or consulting.
  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. Postgraduate studies especially with MIS major and/or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA) will be considered an asset.
  • Are experienced user of Excel, Power Point, VBA, SQL, Power Query and Power BI; understanding of Python for data analysis will be appreciated.
  • Have excellent command of English language. Knowledge of Greek and French will be considered a plus.
  • Have advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities, accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, agility, and can-do attitude.
