Legal Assistant (m/f/d)Landewyck, a heritage tobacco manufacturer with over 175 years of history, is evolving. With the changing times, we have embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation Products that meet the diverse needs of consumers worldwide.You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth legal operations by providing direct support to the Head of Legal and within the legal department. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day administrative tasks, basic research, and efficient management of the legal mailbox, amongst others. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and help maintain order, responsiveness and efficiency.Your Mission:· Serve as a bridge between the Head of Legal and internal departments (such as Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Export, Accounting, Finance, R&D, IT, HR, etc.).· Coordinate and schedule calendar entries, appointments, and internal/external meetings.· Monitor and prioritize the Head of Legal’s email inbox, routing or responding where appropriate with supervision of deadlines.· Draft, proofread, and finalize internal and external correspondence with service providers, law firms, banks, etc.· Conduct basic research and prepare summaries, briefings and templates.· Assist in drafting, formatting and proofreading legal documents, memos, reports, and board materials.· Maintain both electronic and (where still required) physical filing systems, including legal documents and correspondence.· Co-Organizing of IP and contract management database and supporting their respective maintenance.· Participate in ad-hoc legal or administrative projects as requested.Your Profile:· Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.· 2–5 years of relevant experience in law firm, in-house legal environment or notary office.· Fluent in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is an asset.· Proficient in MS Office/Microsoft 365 Copilot (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams)· Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities – this position requires and offers a high grade of autonomy; capacity to work under pressure and in an international context.· High standards of discretion and confidentiality, with a proactive, adaptable mindset.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Our offer:· A permanent contract, preferably 40 hours per week· Flexible working hours with ongoing trainings, one day homeworking per week· Lunch vouchers, free parking· Place of work: Hollerich (close to the central train station)All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.In the context of recruitment, criminal record no. 3 will be requested.
