We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance Salonkee’s growth and client retention. Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients, ensuring they realize the full value of our digital solutions in the beauty and wellness industry. You will focus on client loyalty and upselling, securing our market position and making Salonkee indispensable to their business success.What you will be doing:Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to more comprehensive packages and introduce them to our payment services, and additional functionalitiesProduct Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of Salonkee’s software to provide expert guidance on its extensive features and benefitsFeedback Loop: Systematically collect and channel client feedback to our product development team to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.Client Education: Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of Salonkee's software, reinforcing the value it adds to their business.What you need to have:Fluency in German and English is required.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.High energy, motivated, and excited about driving growth and achieving results.A love for numbers and growth, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions.Salonkee is an equal-opportunity employer.
