Our client is a family office with global investment activities on various assets.

In order to reinforce their existing team in Luxembourg, they are currently looking for a Legal Associate.
Responsibilities:

Drafting and review legal documentation required in fundraising and investing process;
Providing legal advices related to investments;
Support compliance and regulatory activities in several European countries;
Liaison with internal departments and external lawyers;
Coordination with software engineers to implement a platform aimed to automating legal processes.

Profile:

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Law;
At least 2 years of experience in-house or within a law firm involved in funds management;
Excellent organization skills and entrepreneurial mindset;
High ambition and well-known for your interpersonal skills;
English fluent, any other European language would be an asset, especially italian.
