With a lean, expert-driven presence in Luxembourg (around 15–20 lawyers), the office is known for its collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.As part of its strategic development, the firm seeks a Senior Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, ideally gained in reputable international or Luxembourg-based law firms. This individual will play a pivotal role in high-value, cross-border corporate mandates.Your Responsibilities | Strategy – Negotiation – Lawyer – Law – Legal - Advisory
  • As a senior member of the corporate practice, you will be involved in the full life cycle of cross-border M&A and group structuring transactions.
  • You will advise clients on legal strategy and structuring, while actively leading negotiations and drafting of core transaction documents.
  • Beyond technical work, you will act as a trusted point of contact for international clients, providing guidance on corporate governance, shareholder relations, and regulatory matters.
  • You will also supervise due diligence processes, review legal risks, and collaborate with professionals from other disciplines such as tax, finance or fund structuring.
  • Internally, you will take part in the mentoring and supervision of junior associates, and contribute to internal training and know-how development.

  • You have acquired at least 7 years of experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer in a recognized law firm, ideally with cross-border exposure and regular involvement in Luxembourg transactions.
  • You are fully qualified in Luxembourg or another European jurisdiction, and you are fluent in French and English, with German considered a strong asset.
  • You combine strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • your mindset is strategic, pragmatic and solution-oriented, and you value collaboration as much as autonomy.
  • You are confident working with sophisticated clients and enjoy developing long-term professional relationships.
