We are looking for an IT Manager to supervise the smooth running of our systems both in Hungary and Luxemburg with some US exposure. If you are a passionate IT Manager who is responsible and accountable for running of IT operations, who can supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs, then you are our man.

With us, you will…
  • Analyze business requirements by coordinating with management across the organization
  • Manage information technology and computer systems, lead upcoming IT projects
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
  • Monitor performance of existing systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Manage IT staff by training them and appraising their performance
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
What we expect from you...
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience (4+ years as manager)
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance is highly desired
  • Exposure to demand management is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Experience leading and managing teams and IT projects across various technologies
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Experience in managing remote teams is highly desired
  • C1 level English needed
