  • work on a wide range of domestic and international transactions including, but not limited to, acquisitions, reorganisations, cross-border mergers, demergers, equity/debt restructurings and financing/refinancing transactions;
  • draft the related contractual documentation as well as the corporate approvals required at the level of the Luxembourg entities involved;
  • collaborate on general and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters;
  • manage the files entrusted to him/her with increasing autonomy;
  • stay abreast of and assist the team with new developments in laws, regulations, case law and legal doctrine;
  • act as an efficient and pro-active team player.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SOUGHT
  • Master’s degree in Law (or similar degree);
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or able to exercise under your foreign home title in Luxembourg;
  • Working experience of approx. 2-4 years as a corporate lawyer in Luxembourg;
  • Fluent in English and French; German would be an asset;
  • A friendly, dynamic and proactive team player with good communication skills, eager to deliver high quality, added value service to the clients.
