It's more than a jobWe are looking for a Product Owner Order Fulfilment to join our Integrated Logistics Processes & Systems team in Contern, Luxembourg or Wroclaw, Poland‎As a Product Owner Order Fulfilment, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of one of Kuehne + Nagel’s key digital products within Integrated Logistics. You will define the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure strong alignment between customer needs, operational goals, and technical execution. You will also lead a team of process engineers and oversee all processes, data, and applications related to order and inventory management — including transport orders, purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfers, supplier management, and systems such as OFS and ControLOG.
Working in an agile, product‑oriented environment, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance.How you create impact

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals;
Build and maintain a customer‑driven product roadmap;
Prioritize and manage the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams;
Lead agile ceremonies and guide the team toward delivering high‑quality increments;
Make scope and priority decisions throughout development cycles;
Validate features against business requirements, KPIs, and customer expectations;
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, promoting agile principles, and removing delivery obstacles.

What we would like you to bring

Proven experience as a Product Owner in logistics, supply chain, or digital platforms;
Strong understanding of 4PL models and customer‑centric digital solutions;
Solid expertise in agile methodologies and backlog management;
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities;
Analytical mindset focused on value delivery and continuous improvement;
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and shaping product strategy;
Knowledge of GDP/GxP standards and compliance within pharma & healthcare environments;
Strong foundation in logistics, process management, project management, change management, technical proficiency, and problem‑solving.
