Le Grand & Associates is looking for a fund corporate officer to join a Luxembourgish law firm. They have a worldwide presence with more than 10 offices. They offer tailor made legal services to loyal clients.

Due to the growth of the paralegal team, they are looking for their new dedicated fund corporate officer :

Offer :
  • You will join a law firm with a solid reputation on the Luxembourgish market

Role :
  • Be the person in charge of the daily preparation of the legal documentation for investment funds under the supervision of a senior paralegal
  • Draft legal documents
  • Prepare board meeting and minutes
  • Liaise with clients, notaries and lawyers
Profile :
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a investment firm or a law firm
  • You speak fluently French and English : Any other languages is 0an00000000000 asset
  • You are autonomous and very organized on your daily work.
