It feeds Front, Middle, and Back Office systems, as well as regulatory and accounting reports. Its accuracy is critical to both performance and compliance.As Security Master File Manager, you will lead data governance initiatives with strong cross-functional influence, working closely with business, IT, and project teams.YOUR ROLELead and oversee the management and maintenance of the Security Master File for all financial instruments.Represent the SMF function in cross-functional committees and strategic projects.Manage and develop a dedicated team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning.Drive change management for system and process enhancements.Ensure data quality and consistency, including market data and instrument characteristics.Implement and monitor robust data controls in partnership with Front Office, Middle Office, and IT.Manage relationships with external data providers (e.g., SIX Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters) and optimize integration workflows.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization of SMF-related processes.Establish KPIs and quality indicators to monitor data integrity.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.YOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, or IT applied to finance.Minimum 7 years of experience in security master file management or a similar role within private banking, asset management, or financial services.Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives) and markets.Proficiency in data management tools and SMF systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proven leadership ability: capable of inspiring and motivating teams toward ambitious goals.Skilled in change management with clear, engaging communication in digital transformation contexts.Diplomatic and assertive approach to conflict resolution.Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in a complex, international environment.Fluent in French and English.NB: Please be aware that in accordance with the current law and job requirements, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3).Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
