The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.The role of the function is to coordinate and execute investment operations (acquisition, commitment, transfer, etc.) for private equity and real estate funds (PERE), ensuring that deadlines are met. The function is the main point of contact for fund managers. Working closely with the custodian bank team is essential.Your role
  • Execute and coordinate Private Assets transactions including direct transactions.
  • Monitor the cash flows and document flows for the investments.
  • Monitor the holding chain of these investments.
  • Coordinate audit requests relating to investments and provide the necessary documents.
  • Respond to client requests and ensure high-quality contact with other departments.
  • Involved in numerous development projects carried out by the department.
  • Providing periodic reports to clients and partners.
  • Coordinating execution with bank back offices.
Your profileQualifications and experience:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or Management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position (FA/TA) or working in the custody business.
Specific knowledge:
  • Knowledge of regulations governing Luxembourg funds.
  • Excellent grasp of alternative products (PERE).
  • Skilled user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Efront / Avaloq.
Language skills:
  • Fluent in French and English.
